Focusing on Prevention

Strengthening the Forces is a health promotion initiative designed to assist CF members Regular and Primary Reserve, in maintaing a high level of health in order to improve their ability to perform effectively and safely on CF operations and to enjoy a high quality of life.  Space permitting programs are available to families of CF members and the Defence Team.
