Seminars are generally ½ hour theory and 1 hour practical
Running the Right Way-Focus on running styles and techniques, and how to prepare your body for a run.
Weight Training- Focus on different muscles of the body, Sets, reps and proper lifting technique.
Warm-Up & Cool Down- Focus on preparing your body for your workout and bringing it back down
after your workout, and incorporating safe stretching.
Core/Stability Training- Focus on the necessity of having a strong & healthy core.
Functional Training- Training for real life, daily activities.
