Personal Training

Are you looking for assistance with your current personal program or are you just getting started with a committed PT program and don't know where to begin?

Contact PSP Fitness Instructor, Kori Klein, klein.kl@forces.gc.ca, local 7320 who will get you on the right track.

We offer a large array of programs and would be happy to get you started. 

Some programs currently offered;

-beginner/ intermediate or advanced weight (resistance) training

-Aerobic/Resistance Training (Upper /Lower Body)

-Ironman Training

-Learn To Swim/ Efficient Swimming (Technique) (Our pool is currently closed, yet is due to reopen Sept 08)

-Weight Loss (with assistance from Health Promotions Weight Wellness Program)

-Maintainance/ Fresh Ideas

-Stretch and Flexibility

-Various Exercise Equipment Programs (body bars, resistance tubing, medicine ball, etc)

-Core Stability/Back Strength

-CSOR, JTF2, SAR TECH or;

**Note all of the above programs would be developed for you personally, based on your current physical fitness levels and your personal needs.  If a program that you are in need of is not listed, it does not mean it cannot be done.  Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely - your goals to a SMART personal program!!

All personnel inquiring about personal programs must complete a PAR  Q, prior to recieving a program.  This will be given out to you by our Fitness Staff.

**Note - Based on the number of personal programs that the Fitness Department may be handling, there may be a slight delay in the return of your program.  We aim at a 1 week turn around.  Your patience is appreciated.
