Aquatics is one of Canada's favourite leisure activities and is ranked as one of the best forms of exercise to keep fit for those of all ages. Aquafitness classes offer a fun and challenging way for cardiovascular and aerobic fitness. You use the resistance of the water to stretch and work a variety of muscle groups with low-impact alternatives. We also encourage you to speak to an Instructor for a specialized routine or program to strenghthen weaknesses including sport injuries, rehabilitation, and any medical conditions such as arthritis. Classes are available Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday 900 - 1000 am Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday 800 - 900 pm
$ 2.00 with current CAC $ 7.00 with out

- Certified Aquafitness Instructors
- Active 1 hour routines with cool-down periods
- A variety of fitness equipment to aid with routines
- 25m pool with sauna and hot tub
