Recreation Complex (Rec Plex)

The Rec Plex is located kiddy-corner to the Canex Plaza and is home to many recreational and family activities.  This allergy aware facility includes a gymnasium, aerobic fitness room, pre-school room, indoor rock climbing wall, and two meeting rooms.   Our professional qualified staff is there for you and your entire family. 

Whether it is Summer Sizzler Camp or Fun Fit Fridays our mission for youth ages 0-12 years is to develop and deliver programs, events and services to promote fun, healthy living, in a safe and supervised atmosphere to improve the quality of life, of the CF member, their family and the surrounding community.  The Rec Plex is also the home of many of the clubs and activities offered to you with your CAC card.  CAC card processing is available at the Rec Plex at the reception desk.

Monday to Friday  8am to 7pm
Saturday 10am - 2pm
Sunday Closed

Drop-in recreational use of this facility is available, please call ahead to verify that the area you wish to use is available.  Contact 687-2932.
